My mom came down to visit this past weekend, and it was such a treat because it was also her birthday.

It was a fun filled day that started out with a little shopping, a delicious lunch at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe (which in my opinion has THE BEST sandwhiches ever), then we followed up with more shopping before having her birthday cake and celebration with some friends and family later that evening.

However, while we were out sometime earlier in the day, I was able to convince her to do a mini-shoot at the park. It was a gorgeous, breezy day and a perfect opportunity to capture a beautiful birthday mama. I'm thankful she is in my life and blessed that she is my mother. ❤
