Buzzin in Sunflower
As we were driving out into the desert for a hike, we came across this field with some 'still left standing' sunflowers. Yes, even in this heat!
f/6.3, 1/320 sec, ISO-100, 171mm, no flash.
In my opinion they still looked gorgeous (even with most of the middle picked out of them).
It was pretty amazing to see all the bees buzzing around pollinating doing their busy work as fast as they did. I tried to stay with one particular little bee I named Bobby. In these photos, you'll see He was determined to get the job done. :)
If you look closely, Bobby's determination pays off...
Tadah!! Bobby buzzes off to Unload, only to come back and Reload :)
{in the photo above}, my focus was to capture the water droplets in the center of the sunflower. It's a little more clearer in the larger photo in the following gallery link listed > SEE MORE FLOWERS & ANIMALS
So in the end, there will be those days you just don't feel like it... but those are the days you have to push a little harder before it's too late and withered away! Thanks for stopping in. =)
