A wedding lasts a day, but a marriage lasts a lifetime.

 

I hope your wedding plans have been running smoothly thus far!  The day you have been anticipating is right around the corner. At this point, be sure to let me know if you have any questions whatsoever, so that I may help make your mind at ease and stress less. 

STEP 1: As of now, your Retainer Deposit has been the only payment received thus far. This brings us to our next step in our process. Aside from making your next photography payment, I will need This Final Online Questionnaire completed from you to help make your wedding day exactly as you expect, and without question on your wedding day. 

Once you have completed the form below, then please continue making your online FB/Paypal Payment directly through Facebook from the  bottom to make your online PayPal payment. Thank you.

STEP 2:  INSTALLMENT  PAYMENT #2:

*In this section, you'll have the choice to PAY IN FULL or make the 2nd PARTIAL PAYMENT according to the ORIGINAL WEDDING COLLECTION you have chosen.  As you know, the following types of payments are accepted:
(Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit cards (via FB/PayPal associated with the E-Mail address:  [email protected]).  Checks are to be made out to SMH-Photography.  Thank you.

 

FOR PAYMENT IN FULL:  If you choose to pay in full today. This will be the final payment necessary as described in our binding contract/agreement, unless any accrued added hours or changes are made during the event. In which case, no further action is required by you until we see you on your wedding day.

PARTIAL PAYMENTS & INSTALLMENTS:  The partial payment made today will be Payment #2 towards your Wedding Collection.  Your Final balance MUST be received no later than (30) days prior to the event for confirmation, and to avoid losing any deposit made as described in our contract.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE MAY LOOK LIKE
(DEPENDING ON YOUR BALANCE AND OPTION YOU CHOOSE)

LOVE COLLECTION:   $1295 - $250 Deposit = $1045 balance.  Then 3 payments of $349
HUGS COLLECTION:  $1650 - $250 Deposit = $1400 balance.  Then 3 payments of $467
KISSES COLLECTION:  $2100 - $250 Deposit = $1850 balance.  Then 3 payments of $617

 

PAYMENT #2: must be paid 6 months prior to event
PAYMENT #3: must be paid 90 days prior to event
PAYMENT #4: Final Payment must be paid 30 days prior to event

  

ACCRUED ADD-ONS THE DAY OF THE EVENT:  For any accrued added hours or changes made during the event, that total will need to be paid at the end of our services at the event, on the date of the event.  Your receipt invoice will be mailed to you thereafter.

FOR COUPONS OR DISCOUNTS:  If there are any discounts or coupons to be applied to your total, it will be deducted during your final payment due.

STEP 3:   FAMILY FORMALS & PORTRAITS:  

Often times, it is best to designate the role of "photo usher" to someone who can "rally the troops" when it is time to take the family formals. Maybe someone not in your wedding party, and not any of your parents, so they're not already preoccupied with being in the photos. However, it's only a suggestion, you know best of who to choose for that!

With that being said, feel free to write a list together of those absolute photo groups you want me to definitely capture on your special day during the Family Formals Segment.  Nothing you write is too detailed! I just want to make sure I meet all of your photographic needs.  Here's an example of what it may look like:  SAMPLE LIST
