CONTRACT and AGREEMENT
STEP 1 of 2:Please complete the following required online agreement here: CONTRACT/AGREEMENT then, make your $250 Non-Refundable DEPOSIT/RETAINER PAYMENT below via PayPal, or through FB, or Zelle. Once this has been done, I will officially book your wedding date and save the entire day just for you!

STEP 2 of 2:*In this section, you will make your Deposit/Retainer Payment to Reserve Your Date for the WEDDING COLLECTION you have chosen. Your remainder balance may be made divided into several payments as long as the final payment is made prior to your event as described in the contract.
The following types of payments are accepted: (Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit cards (via FaceBook, Zelle & PayPal) for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Checks are to be made out to SMH-Photography. Thank you.
FOR PARTIAL PAYMENTS: Depending on the type of Wedding Collection you have chosen, your grand total can be divided and broken up into 2 or (3 for larger collection packages) payments AFTER your $250 Non-Refundable Retainer has been made.
FOR LARGE WEDDING COLLECTIONS:After the retainer has been paid, your remainder balance may be divided and broken up into THREE (3) additional payments for each Collection Package, leaving your remainder balance total to be paid and due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the actual event date.
FOR A LA CARTE WEDDING & EVENTS:After the retainer has been paid, your remainder balance may be broken up into TWO (2) additional payments, leaving your remainder balance total to be paid and due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the actual event date.
FOR ACCRUED ADD-ONS THE DAY OF THE EVENT: For any added hours of our services or changes made during the event; that total will be due at the event, on the date of the event. Your final receipt invoice will be mailed to you thereafter with your Photo Disc CD/DVD.
Keep in mind, since we reserve the ENTIRE day in our schedule just for you and your special day, it is imperative that if there are any changes whatsoever, to please contact us as soon as possible so that we may also make changes in my schedule.

FAMILY FORMALS & PORTRAITS:
Often times, it is best to designate the role of "photo usher" to someone who can "rally the troops" when it is time to take the family formals. Maybe someone not in your wedding party, and not any of your parents, so they're not already preoccupied with being in the photos. However, it's only a suggestion, you know best of who to choose for that!
With that being said, feel free to check out my SAMPLE LIST and check off those absolute photo groups you want me to definitely capture on your special day during the Family Formals Segment.
