1st Grade | Mario's Picture Day

Our 1st Grader is growing up!

With the Roosevelt School District's Picture Day today, we headed out to the park for a mini shoot of our own.

This little boy has had 1000's of photos taken of him (literally) since the day he was born. So he's no stranger to the camera!

But over the last year or so, he's learned about "Picture Day" at school, and realized he no longer wanted his mama to take his picture on any "just because" occasions, and would ONLY smile for me for 3 photos on school picture days...

Well, that was until today. He was so excited for an outdoor shoot and smiled so handsomely, and for as many shots this mama wanted to take. I love him!

And because of THAT,
I can tell my 1st grader is truly growing up.
