The Little Baking Chef Boy

There's a new little 4 year old baker in town... well, more like in my kitchen!

It all started sometime last year when I was running out of 'project' ideas and I was supposed to get some muffins done for a potluck. So, I thought, why not incorporate the two! I was surprised to get the eagerness of "I'm going to be a Chef type of Excitement" from our (at the time) 3 year old son. And now, well, I'm starting to entrust him a little more as we do our "baking projects".

Even though he still gets excited to help bake in the kitchen, his taste buds definitely supersede any excitement when it's all complete and ready for the taste test! Here's a glimpse of Chef Mario. ;D
