Whoever said there's not much to do in Yuma hasn't gone to the weekly festivals and farms!
Well it seems as if something is scheduled every week! And it's been so cool out, perfect for a little family outing!

Here's a few things & such we saw downtown...

Of course the M-boy brought along his camera too.
And it was too cute how many people stopped to pose for him or just to watch him take his shot. LoL

Except, now I think we've created a photog monster! Because later in the day he had asked us, "are my pictures on Blog for grandma to see?" What?? I NEVER thought I'd hear that from our 4 year old! So when we asked him what he thought a blog was... well, the answer was: "You know. A computer picture album for grandma to see!"

Well, there ya have it! Except I'm hoping it will reach more than just grandma.
With that being said, I had to make a little spot in here for his festival photos too. [shown below] =)

 

Now getting back to my Blog... this guy was such a treat to hear. Such a good singer!
He sang various Blues and even a Johnny Cash song, Ring of Fire. Sounded just like him!

And guess what?? It was cold enough to have a Snowman! Well, not really...

But how would you like to have this Snowman below following you around? Yes, kind of creepy, I know!

But that's what he did. He'd stay still until you walk up to him or walk past him and then he slowly followed you. So I stuck around to see some of the other people's reactions. Hilarious!

Some people had masks, so we couldn't see the startled look on their faces...
but I know he was shaking in his boots. LoL

Other people just jumped away from him LoL...

Others scolded him...

While others just came back with vengeance. LoL

Overall, there was much to see and many people to meet... like Ernest, a wedding photographer recently transplanted here to Yuma. It was such a pleasure meeting him and his wife.

It was also good to see Rick again with flutingfromtheheart.com this past weekend!
I first met him some time last year in Fountain Hills, and fell in love with his Native American Style Flutes.

 

And for those of you that like Farm animals...
not far from the downtown area is a petting farm. Below are a few faces you may see while you're there. :)
